    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Thames Water full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Good focus on mental health Job security Nice culture and friendly peers Office facilities ok Can work with autonomy in many areas

    Cons

Constant change in focus means you're always firefighting. Change is managed very poorly. IT is behind the times and v slow to administer. New starters can go weeks without laptops and logins Pressure and lack of support

    Advice to Management

Lack of engagement from L8 agents is always said to come from zero incentive to do any more than the bare minimum. Pay progression is non existent and makes it impossible to retain good people
