What stands out most is the company's commitment to empowering its leadership team. As a member of the executive team, I've been given the autonomy and support to drive meaningful change and growth in my role. The collaborative culture and strong morale across the organization make it an energizing place to work. The benefits package is truly competitive and shows the company values its employees' well-being. This includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, STD and LTD insurance, HSA options, parking benefits, and wellness perks through WellHub.
