I have worked in Information Technology department, no rules, no ethics. Your compensation (salary hike) totally based on your relationship/bucketing with department head #1, and #2. Just for compliance purpose company using SuccessFactors, Openly top two people of department will exhibit partiality. I advice if you are young, want to learn process, discipline I don't recommend this company.

* Too much micromanagement by the Marketing manager especially in Zenith division. * Top management doesn't have any vision for future growth. * Horrible work culture, there is no work life balance. * Though the company has 5 days/week working but marketing manager give home work on weekends. * No salary increment. * Top managers are lethargic and never take risk to implement any new ideas. * Managers are always busy in pleasing superiors. * Just one lakh health insurance. * HR dept here is just name sake, they only get in touch with you during entry and exit. * No new learning opportunity.

1. The growth here is stagnant for some reason and making you a permanent employee for the field staff is also like receiving knighthood. Came to this company after they promised exposure to different channels in FMCG but they had no hesitation in turning us into medical rep. 2. The lower management is clueless for some reason and there is a total disconnect with the strategy especially. 3. The HR department was non - existent during my time at Himalaya. Your manager is your hr basically. 4. Be careful of the promises they make while hiring you.
