Hi Fishes, I am working with @HCL & I am serving notice period & I am mapped to client on project. Now 2 months are left. Since 1 month I am asking for early release,but manager is not releasing me. I have multiple job offers, but they want me to get early release & join.Can I abscond ? Can I stop working for client? What will be the consequences? If I do so, HCL can ask me to serve full 3 months NP.I have been working at HCL for last 2.7 yrs, & I can't let them take down my exp. letter & my PF.
