Great company culture that actually walks the talk. A very supportive and collaborative environment. Nice to see and chat with senior leadership on a regular basis. They focus on promoting internally. Also a strong focus on work life balance

There was limited growth opportunities however the company does tend to promote internally first before searching else where. Limited system capabilities

Great benefits! Great Work-Life balance! Flexible hours and times Overall decent company to work for as a starting point to your career. Pay is really great for operators.
Cons
Favoritism and unprofessionalism runs rampant here! Expect to not be supported by operators or local leadership. Expect your manager to not support you in any way, shape, or form, and to negatively discuss your personal and professional life to other employees. Not a welcoming environment geared towards growth unless you’re willing to wait 20 years to advance. If you’re not an operator, they will value their opinion over yours which causes strife and stagnation with improvements. There’s no support for team leads, engineers, or area leads. Also, expect to never see or interact with the plant manager. If coming in salaried, take what you think you should make and add at least 10K to it because you will be responsible for everything in the department you work in!
