- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
I had the opportunity to work with a lot of great people in some really nice offices. The hours are long and the deadlines are tight, but they try to keep employees comfortable. Had some great managers and learned a lot!
Cons
Long hours, but that seems to be pretty typical for the post-production industry
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great place to work, great people and great facilities
Cons
The Salary could be higher
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great people and projects, Facilities top notch, Free Coffee.
Cons
Bad politics and management, feels like you are just a quota to be filled. No one wants to be hired based on their gender or diversity, we want to be hired based on our skill!

Pros
Great location, for the most part great people and looks good on the resume
Cons
Where to start? Over promising and under delivering by leadership (producers and EPs). NOTHING WORKS... the pipeline is janky, projects are started without anyone knowing how to actually produce them and there are bandaids being put on everything. Bullying bullying bullying by people who are highly valuable because they are the ones making the patches and bandaging things to keep things working/aggressively pushing things forward so that we meet deadlines so no one feels like they can report them and when they do they get told that everyone is experiencing the same thing. ZERO work-life balance. Pretty sure a large cohort of employees have just cranked out more than a month of working every day... Saturdays and Sundays are not sacred. Evenings are not sacred. Forget seeing your kids/spouse/friends. Pay is terrible, especially when you look at the hours. No offer of additional compensation.
