The N2 Opportunity Has Changed My Life!

If you follow the program and work hard, you'll achieve your goals. N2 offers plenty of support and continued education. The opportunity with N2 offers the ability to give back to the community in various ways while also creating a steady and unlimited income potential for yourself. There are so many little and big perks in this role that add to the value immensely too.
Cons
You have to be a self starter and highly motivated on your own. Nobody is hovering over you to make sure you do the work. You have to be willing to be vulnerable and sometimes ask for help. You have to be willing to learn and grow even when it's not always easy. You must be tough and have grit and do the grunt work to get started. None of these are actual cons to me, nor are they to other successful business owner. Owning a business is not as easy as it looks, so you better be up for it and have the mental stamina to keep pursing. It's worth it and pays off in the long term but it's not for everyone.

Flexibility Unlimited growth potential Financially rewarding Personally rewarding This is one of the hardest sales jobs I've ever had, but also one of the most rewarding. I love that I'm my own boss and I can choose to work really hard when I want to, and take off some time here and there to travel and spend with my family. I love partnering with our clients and coming up with creative and fun ways to introduce them to the neighborhood. And lastly, I love the income potential this job offers. It's definitely challenging and hard work, but the rewards that come with hard work make it all worth it. N2 Publishing provides the perfect opportunity for me to manage my Work-Life Balance goals. I love owning my own business while enjoying the strong support system in place. Across the board, everyone within the organization consistently offers advice and encouragement simply because they want to see me attain my personal and professional goals. I am free to work whatever hours and whatever days suit my schedule. Without the pressure of a "boss" looking over my shoulder, I've been able to build a very successful business that still allows me to enjoy personal time with my family and friends. I feel blessed to have found this company.
Cons
Sometimes it is difficult to work from home and have to be 100% accountable to yourself. I am so thankful there are so many great teammates that I have through N2 to help me stay accountable. The conference calls and touch points with leadership also help with accountability and feeling like I'm part of a team.

Amazing ongoing training available at all levels. Because the company is so good at building business owners, any failure is completely on me... If I don't meet a goal it's because of me and I can't blame the company or anyone else... Luckily I make most of my goals but it is no fun not being able to blame anyone but myself.

I have been able to build a stable, residual income through working consistently and following the business model N2 clearly lays out for me. The culture in this company is amazing from top to bottom. I've read some of the reviews on this site from some of the former Area Directors and there are some pretty ridiculous things on here. I've been an Area Director in N2 for 10 years now and I've seen a lot of people succeed here and I've seen people not succeed. The bottom line is those who don't succeed simply do not follow the blueprint N2 gives them, period. Someone's success has little to nothing to do with their neighborhood, their territory, or their prior experience. It's simply about putting in an honest 40hrs a week, having the right attitude, and running the business the way N2 says to. If you succeed, it's because you did it the right way - if you fail, it's because you didn't do it the right way. Those are my thoughts. So I guess the con would be that your success isn't handed to you, it's earned.

N2 has allowed me the freedom, flexibility and income to support my family, as a single mother. We are able to live the life we want, not dictated by income. I have the flexibility to be there for my children at all times (working part-time in the summer, being available to attend after school activities, etc.). I have also had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful business men and women in the community, as well as the amazing residents that live in my magazine distribution area - many that I now call friends. What I do positively impacts people and that is one of the most rewarding and motivating feelings one can have. At N2 Publishing, you dictate your income potential. There is no limit as to what you can earn. If you are a self-motivated individual, the possibilities are endless. However, the flexibility to be a mother that is always there for my children is priceless. You are not micro-managed by any leader at N2. You are not pushed to meet a sales goal each week or month... Leadership is there to help guide you, and give you the tools needed to succeed in this business. It is apparent that your personal success is very important to any leader within N2.

Able to earn in excess of $100K during our first 12 months in print. We see the unlimited income potential while keep our life balanced. My wife and I love the culture and the integrity of the company. The founders, Duane and Earl, are very down to earth and take an interest in our personal lives. This company has more than exceeded my expectations! I have a work-life balance that we have never experienced before N2 and love that the company encourages us to put our faith and our family first. I have become a better husband and father because of N2!

Flexible work schedule, Unlimited income potential, Time off when I choose, Giving back to a community, Feeling appreciated by my peers and leaders. I came from very corporate environments and never worked in Sales before. It's been an incredible experience working with N2. It's such a blessing to have someone care and nurture me to the strong sales person that I am today. I can't say enough about how wonderful I think the training program is and I feel great about the work that I do in my communities. This has been a win for my residents, a win for my business partners, and a win for me and my family. I finally feel at peace with my work. I'm not worried that my job will be eliminated or if I'll get a raise because I control both of those factors. I'm at peace with my life and I finally feel like I have career vs having a job.
