Pros
The pay is usually higher than minimum wage, and you get benefits such as a free meal per shift and privileges to use the club facilities on Mondays. Management doesn't necessarily breath down your throat all the time. The people who work there are generally nice.
Cons
The management is always changing, leading to a lot of confusion about what the rules are and arbitrary punishment to employees. There is no continuity between managers, and they seem unwilling to listen to more experienced employees who know how the club is generally run.

Pros
You meet some really great co-workers. The pay, for a part-time job, is not bad at all; plus sometimes you get tipped!
Cons
In the summer, it gets really hot in our black and whites. Sometimes, you don't always get along with your co-workers. Unfortunately, the customer is ALWAYS right and wants what he wants when he wants it; they pay good money to have an event there.
