    Pros

    Training every week. The employees are really cheerful and makes you feel comfortable.

    Cons

    Workers at the beach don't even get a free iced drink for the hotel and they work all day on the heat.

    Pros

    Free food, but not of great quality. Parking allowance. FT employees get benefits, deducted from paycheck.

    Cons

    Revolving door, Can't keep workers. Management changes every year, seems to get worse and worse. Pay increase -unlikely. No parking spots available, must walk blocks and pay $4/hr parking meter. Managers do not keep promises. Meetings are pointless, same thing every time "smile, teamwork, upsell". Consistently short on supplies.

    Advice to Management

    Be more organized. Follow through on promises. Don't tell employees to work as a team when the management does not follow that philosophy. Hire competent management. Show employees appreciation through pay raises or bonuses. Employees will smile more when they are genuinely happy with their place of employment.

    Amazing team and hardworking staff. Family atmosphere

    Cons

    New management came in and fired and rehired everyone including valuable staff and fellow managers

    Advice to Management

    Never let someone new tell you that someone you know is a hard worker, loyal and smart, and caring is a monster and follow their lead to fire them!

    Pros

    The rooms are nice and if you smoke there is an INSIDE smoke room. Parking is close and easy unless its raining

    Cons

    Mgrs unfair, room reservations especially schedules are terrible

    Advice to Management

    Treat ALL employees the same this favoritism and ROOM RESERVATIONS MGR learn how to do schedules
