Lots of upside, very well managed on boarding process

As a new employee who joined after time at a local tech start-up and before then in consulting I have been very impressed with the thoughtful and comprehensive interview and on boarding process at RI. Also there are initiatives under way to create "One RI" culture across global offices, a more collaborative work environment in Cambridge HQ, and a general revamped strategy to move RI into new areas. The company is in an exciting market space and there are many top brands who are clients so there's lots of upside as well in the core business.
Cons
RI is not as well known in the US as other parts of the world and there have been quite a bit of changes as the business moves to a new model around subscription services. This has clearly created some stress in some parts of the organization especially among employees who grew up in the "old" model or are not up for adapting to more fast paced direction.

Cons
Tough to set up processes for scalability. There's a will, but not a way given fast growth
