    Pros

Great atmosphere. Lots of the best minds. The management listens a lot to the students here. They have made great improvements to the student experience. Plenty of money for experiments, travel etc.

    Cons

Depending on the PL, it can be very intense. Hours are sometimes tough. I have heard tales of significant fights for credit within groups, especially when multiple students/post docs are working on the same project.
