    Interesting work that comes with being market leader; creative freedom under few business limitations; great work-life balance; industry leaders in compensation, bonus, etc; education support and scholarships available for star performers

    Flat growth curve, salary increments are minuscule, one can get lost in office politics and culture of mediocrity if not careful towards personal growth

    Take editorial staff's career growth seriously as lack thereof shows in deteriorating coverage quality; ad revenue is closely linked to editorial quality
