    Pros

you learn to talk in a very soft voice as talking is not allowed and you have to use your ears to your maximum capacity because all your friends are whispering. you get trained in picking up very quite sounds.

    Cons

you have to maintain complete silence on the floor. If you are found talking, the mangers will change your place. If they catch you talking they give you bad looks and expect you to immediately stop talking. if you dont, you're called for a meeting. LOL. the managers are immature and inexperienced. they have not worked anywhere else and dont know the meaning of "corporate culture". they are racist and rude. there is nothing...
