      Fake Company - Be Careful to join

      Hardly Any. Little work, double billing so easy work.

      Cons

      Salary only for chamchas work is not appreciated. many lawsuites from customers and employees. Even website is copied from another company. All images are copied too - check out cyberlinks in india do a search. this is a fake company. be very very careful before joining

Think Future Technologies- is an IT company where productivity is highly appreciated, needless to say that anything like flattery doesn't exist at all.

      No management. Senior developers are don't know anything at all. If you want to join this company all you need is great communication skills and buttering everyone. The senior developers are just for name..

But, we as an IT firm take great pride in our senior developers, they have been taking the reigns of multiple projects in the past and has been consulting our clients with their business. Over the years, they have also mentored many developers and we have always received positive feedbacks.

      Bad Company to work with and forced policies by management

      1. Work life balance 2. Good exposure to technologies 3. Good learning for fresher's

      1. Appraisals are very very late. Appraisals take almost 18 months to get your revised salary. Here it is like that you will have to wait for one and a half year to get appraisals. Employees are waiting for their appraisals but management is doing nothing to implement it early. 2. Policies are worst, it changes as per company's will. It varies from one employee to another. 3. Poor Management and HR policies. 4. Don't join to waste your career. if you have another offer then go and join there. 5. Company's future is not secure, very limited projects and very short term projects. Think twice before planning to join here. 6. If you still want to join to repent later then you are welcome.

      We discussed some of the concerns mentioned above which were common among the masses with our partners, and we revised our policies keeping employee interests a major priority. We also take pride in being a self-funded company for 16 years now and we continue to grow with new projects and competencies.
