Why as a fresher you won't join Thought2Binary
Pros
Their is no worth if you join this organisation, and you will regret your decision if you join this organisation as a fresher.
Cons
First of all they have only 5 employee and their workplace is of size 15*30 i.e. it is not enough capable handling more than 20 candidate if they are called for interview. They call more than 50 candidate for interview and if by chance all the candidate come at same time , then they told candidate to wait outside of building :(, this really frustrate me. After this their first round would be aptitude round in which set of 30 question would be asked , don't worry this is offline test and u need only 19+ marks to crack this, after thire their would be an programming test in which you need to write a piece of program on a paper and they will ask you how it work. Since i am an electronic and communication student so i don't have any knowledge of SQL,Data structure etc . So they ask in how many day i'll learn all these and at same time they are offering me 3.00 L/PA package. So i think i better to reject this offer and i have taken off form their.
