    Best Company to work for

Jan 6, 2021 - Project Manager in Gurgaon, Haryana, Haryana

    Pros

Joining Thoughtworks has been the best decision of my career so far. Before joining Thoughtworks, I worked with three more big companies but never found such an amazing culture as here. Company is transparent in its policies and inclusive in its decisions. You will get full freedom and support for your career growth. Especially in this COVID time, when other companies were cutting the salaries and firing off, Thoughtworks provided immense financial support in terms of any WFH set up purchase. It is truly a caring company in all aspects and value its employees as its value its client.

    Cons

No Cons so far I am able to identify in my 2 years here. Once you join this company, you won't be able to work in any other company as you will so accustomed to the culture here that you won't like anywhere else until it has the same culture.

    Thoughtworks Response

    Marketing Manager

Thank you for your candid review. Our people are what make us who we are and we're glad you recognize that too. One of the other aspects of our culture is having a flat hierarchy and also empowering everyone to have a voice. This could sometimes mean there are multiple opinions but it shouldn't get in the way of decisions being made and moving forward. Ofcourse, it wasn't clear from your review if this was the issue you were facing. We urge you to reach out to your people champion or management to see how best to work around the challenges you're facing. Feedback like this is what helps us improve. Wishing you the best, Anu.
