      Pros

      My time at Thrivable as been nothing short than amazing. From the onset, the entire team makes you feel like part of the family, which is no small feat given everyone works remotely. Leadership is smart, kind and lives their core values out each day. The entire team is driven to make a difference in the healthcare space through its technology offering.

      Cons

      The course changes frequently, as with any startup. Not for everyone, but great for those looking to have high impact.

      Pros

      Thrivable has the best company culture I've ever experienced. Everyone on the team puts people first (it's not just lip service). Your overall well-being is super important to the CEO and all team members. Thrivable is also a place where you're encouraged to speak up and offer ideas/opinions. Everyone's input is valued and considered.....no one tells you what to do or think. The current Team is small but impressive and smart
