Field can be hard and company is growing but it's got good supports in place and admin listens when concerns are brought up.

Pros

Extremely understanding and supportive supervisors, very good at providing feedback and helping with growing your brain every single day. Also very fast to help whenever there is challenging behaviors and providing assistance.

Cons

Since it is working with kids that may have some challenging behaviors, it can be difficult for some to handle. You can get spit on, puked on, poop on you, get hit, bit, kicked.
