Good for freshers only. Freshers can learn skills in programming.

Worst Management. No care about employees. Job is not secure, can remove employee at any time without any reason. In covid crisis company earned profit around 700 crore but increment was not given to employees and WFH facility was there for starting few months after that WFO started for only IT. Rest departments are working from home. Working hours 9 no sat-sunday off. only 5 company holidays through out year. There is time slot alloted for each employee for breakfast and lunch, if not followed, memo got issued. In case of memo no experience letter is given.

Got to learn lot of things good for fresher to start career from thyrocare.

Low pay for an experience but good for fresher and cut too much PF, if you have 18000rs salary per month then rs3500 will be cut as PF, TDS.

- Pathetic quality of reports as expired reagents are used to perform various tests - The staff manipulates quality control data by use of software - Microtips which are infected and single use are washed and reused (This is a 300 Crore company) - This is a dictatorship where everything is controlled by Velumani who is a narcissistic, egomaniac which means that only what he desires happens, if you are not in line with his thinking you are out. No place for teamwork -You will get to hear everyday that he was ppor and now he is owner of 300 Crore plus company - Your work will not get appreaciated as his 'khabris' who are 10th pass losers report about your performance rather than - You have to keep emailing for reason or rhyme, your work does not matter - You need to be in good books of your juniors who are permanent - this is a jail as you cannot leave the premises once in, the security guards will call the HR and they will tell the CEO and you will get a mail or probably fired - If you order food from outside or celebrate birthdays you will get fired - this is medical diagnostics company but doctors have no say in anything whatsoever. - Worst quality reports playing with peoples lives

Good for fresher. But working hours is minimum 11-12 hours. And they give you salary of 9 hours duty.

11-12 hours working is compulsory yet work is not finished, work load pressure is so high. Night shift only for lab technician, not OT salary is given by company. And 5000/- rs is compulsory pay to company for job. Which is almost un-refundable. Job is not classified as yours qualifications. There give u any kind of job according to job vacancies. I request to all please don't go there for job

Good for freshers. You will work like anything (>9.5hrs at least) and learn something.

- Poor mid level management and top management. - IC employees are treated as nothing and countless. - Biased and not equal opportunities to all employees. - Work life balance. - No corporate culture. - No feedback machenism. - Management take any decision as there is no standard policy.

good for fresher lot of learning,trainer is nice,good materials , learning environment, working hours are legitimate, good food, cheap politics overall unsatisfactory.

worst management they need to learn and appreciate humans worst people sitting in management,ridiculous Hr dept is very worst.Most of them are big liers and acts as blood sucking leeches they don't care about employees.

Focus on Updates and targets. Good for fresher for learning .

Cons

Harassment by working hours,targets,updates,work culture & salary in hand. Not recommended for experience candidates . System of leave instance & attendance are worst,not allow to take leave for any reason .
