List is long just to highlight few of them 1. No planning everything on the fly. 2. No Work Life balance concept 3. licking politics are there. 4. Management always try to compare Orange with Apple. 5. No job security always at risk even if you perform well. 6. if you take leave will be asked millions of questions. 7. One man army only CEO has to take the final call for small thing like who will take how many tea break. 8. they treat resource like robot. controlling human cycle for lunch/snacks break 9. six days long working hours

There is nothing good in Thyrocare. The name says it all. Spell out this name in front of anyone, and they will certainly react with their worst experiences with Thyrocare. Be it a Employee, a Customer, or Business Person.

Lots of Cons. No space to list all of them. - The worst CEO I have ever met. All managers say he is down to earth, but he feels he is king. He says staffs to wash plates in canteen, and this person fires Admin Department staffs just because they did not pick up his plate post lunch. - They called staffs to office during Covid Pandemic, and this person never come out of his room throughout the period. - They fired some staffs just because they were unable to attend office during the pandemic. - The CEO says managers not to do the tasks now, and later fires the juniors just because the task is not done. - Never trust this person. He is not trust worthy. - They take Security Deposit from Employees saying to refund after 6 months. Then they fear their employees if they are willing to say any truth. They are expert in hiding the truth. - The new tag line so called "Honestly Yours" does not match with company bad image. This company is never Honest. - All staffs are afraid as they give so called ATL to staffs, without any appropriate reason. - Managers are worse here. They stay day and night in office, and recommend the same to juniors as well. No Work - Life Balance at all. - My friend had a bad experience with this company post resignation. Unless you are working for them they will talk good, once you resign, they do not care about you future. He worked on a Project for 6 months, and was praised for it. Once he resigned he was said that he will not get Relieving letter & experience letter due to so and so reason. He was offered job in MNC, and he required Relieving letter during joining. But he was not given Relieving letter by Thyrocare despite serving good notice period and had to search for different job. Thyrocare literally ruined his future. - When I was in search of other job, and said that my previous Employer was Thyrocare, many people reacted to it, knowing that it is worst company. - Seems HR has no rights and least powerful. They say all things suggested by management. Then why are you working, let management work. You do not have any role here. The only role HR plays is CID and check if you are consuming more time having lunch. You are not allowed to have lunch more than specified time.

No Pros. Only for those who do not get any job; for them its the last option.

On joining company demand 5000 rs in the name of causal fund, which will be returned after a year completion(Strategy of company for retaining employee). No work-life balance. have to work around 12-13 hours (though on paper only 9 hours stated). 10k salary for fresher. Hell Politics happen in company. No respect for employees. No growth chance for employees. Recommend not to join.
