Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
- Staff benefits got improve every year on year - Good work life balance because medium pace - High staff discount - Not the high paying job but can get a comfortable life
Cons
- Management have hidden agenda, support suck ups who dont achieve KPI as long as they fan the boss ego - Performer ignored and not supported as they threat to management - Favoritism obvious, play politics until even commission scheme and target can be restructure to cover non-performing stores - Double standard and hypocrite practiced when policy and rule are implemented, different rule for management when it suit their convenience and benefits - No use and meaningless feedback for employee survey, management and HR don't listen to staff and only support management who run from responsibility

Pros
Good brand. Many junior staff OT with you, you are not alone at 10pm.
Cons
Many OT, no work life balance. Management need you to keep the luxury image even you are only a data entry... Management is really mean, they want to show the 1 team 1 spirit, however, they will pass you the job and leave on-time.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
Great pay, vacation benefits and product. Tiffany jewelry is out of this world, so it’s amazing to work for such a storied design house!
Cons
Opportunities to grow in your career are limited. Work/life balance is not prioritized. Management is very cliquey and childish, which makes it challenging for them to manage employees. Lots of drama and inappropriate behavior runs amok because managers are too busy gossiping and trying to be in with the “cool” crowd. Professional development is not a priority. Micromanaging is the norm and employee feedback is not valued in any way.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Tiffany & Co. full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The only good thing is the employee discount
Cons
- company does not appreciate employees, no work life balance - People left the company (either fired or found a better opportunity) and the company does not fill those vacancies. The ones left have to pick up all the work with no salary increase or compensation. - No bonus - No career advancement opportunity at all. Because you are given too much work to do. Of course, you are unable to excel since it's way more than the workload you can handle. At year end review, the company use this against you and give you a bad rating. Thus, you do not get any salary increase nor bonus. - Overall, it's a terrible place to work at. Please expect nothing when you work there. - Culture is really bad as well.
