Pros
I have joined 3 months back as a Senior Analyst in Data Science domain. Some pros - Employee friendly policies. Management cares about the well being of employees. Great work life balance. HR/business ops/senior management folks are easily reachable for any problems. Good interview experience and prompt talent management team. Insurance and good benefits.
Cons
I have not faced anything yet. Just the fact that, parental insurance can be covered by employer (like some other employers do).

1. Organization devoid of hierarchy for day-to-day business delivery which allows for greater horizontal and vertical knowledge transfer. 2. Flexibility in working from home and office timings which are essential for boosting the work-productivity. 3. Friendly peers 4. Allows a fresher to pick up data science and engg tools during the training, which is fairly systematic. 5. The small size allows for greater bonding and interaction.
Cons
1. Disproportionately higher focus on retention of employees may affect the quality of workforce in long term. 2. skewed sex ratio (possibly because of its Chennai location)
