Good experience working with a good team and get to do a lot of treatments. Flexible working patterns

You may get shipped to work at other sites all around the country and don’t ever expect a pay rise even after 10 years of commitment!

Ok pay, slightly better than practice pay but not impossible. Depends what you prefer.
Cons
Cliquey atmosphere. Former nurses make up management team, no expansion in senior roles even though company is gaining more contracts. Unfair mileage (only paid if journey is over 100 miles return, very high compared to other agencies) general lack of support, nurses encouraged to raise concerns on other nurses/ clinicians creating an atmosphere of suspicion and mistrust. Treat as a number. No incentive, perks or anything to make employees feel valued or appreciated. Ever increasing admin. Elements of micromanagement. All communication is via email. Might be ok for some but can cause communication issues.
