      Pros

      1. Full control of your schedule. You can decide how your workday will be in terms of start/end. 2. Competitive Market Salaries. 3. Managers/Colleagues are very cooperative. 4. My experience with the long-term assignment was great. It was a good experience overall.

      Cons

      1. Personal development/Training needs to be done during personal time, outside of work hours. This needs to be revisited by the management. 2. No job security. If the company is unable to find an assignment or internal project for you. Your days are numbered.
