      Not really any if u weigh the entire experience

      Lack of practical approach; From an aggregator they've become more of an event food platform; active mostly in IT segment; the tech is average and basically limited to tracking payments which is of least concern to the most companies with a cash n carry model;more in favour of female employees (god knows why) ; top mgt is shrewed and not trustworthy; you may earn your way financially but when it comes to moving on or...

      Advice to Management

      Some people appreciate a face on dealing rather than being back stabbed. And under the pretext of a start up u cannot treat an experienced memeber with the same approach as that of a fresher or mid manager.
