I worked at TongueStun Food Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not really any if u weigh the entire experience

    Cons

Lack of practical approach; From an aggregator they've become more of an event food platform; active mostly in IT segment; the tech is average and basically limited to tracking payments which is of least concern to the most companies with a cash n carry model;more in favour of female employees (god knows why) ; top mgt is shrewed and not trustworthy; you may earn your way financially but when it comes to moving on... or letting go of someone ylthe finances will be embezzled. Scalable model only mostly only in Bangalore and Chennai with revenue in peanuts. No office space any where in the country. Ok to take on if u want to experience something otherwise not really worth the effort.

    Advice to Management

Some people appreciate a face on dealing rather than being back stabbed. And under the pretext of a start up u cannot treat an experienced memeber with the same approach as that of a fresher or mid manager.
