Long working hours (10 hour shifts are not actually required. People can work with same enthusiasm in standard 9 hour shift) Very nominal or next to no benefits Poor salary structure. People at same level are paid different even though they possess similar skill sets Flexible working hour privileges are only for head office employees (not fair to other office locations who have to be on strict shift rule) Imposition of policies like Bring Your Own Device. Company should provide devices to work and not ask employees to use their personal laptops
