I have been working at Topshop

    Pros

The team environment is always really great Fast pace Never boring Uniform discount

    Cons

The company used to be the best on the high street, doesn't seem to look after the loyal and long term employees but still expects them to do the same amount of work, if not more than a brand manager and doesn't get any more pay or recognition Not enough management jobs anymore They'll hire from external companies and pay them more where as I've worked for the brand for over 5+ years and don't seem to get a pay rise Don't even get a rota until a week prior Have to ask for weekends off and use it as holiday allowance Launch the entire sale and don't get a thank you or recognition

I worked at Topshop for more than a year

    Pros

Great discount, you can get the best new clothes as they come in deliveries. You have the space and product availability to make a stunning visual display.

    Cons

Constant gruelling night shifts, working until your fingers bleed, low pay and no thanks, lots of overtime with no additional pay. Not enough resources, no health and safety training. Catty, unprofessional management behaviour with emotions always brought to work!
