Cons
Policies injurious for metal health. Always torture able policies develop by HR. Hard to manage for tea break, lunch and dinner. And all this refreshment time concluded in working hours. Very tough rules like you are prisoner. And main cons is low salary structure.

It was good experience to work in torrent.Staff was supportive .on job training.
Cons
Salary structure system was not good as executive salary was as that of officer and attendent.and one policy was not good that once any employee gives resign he is not allowed to join again company in future
