      Pros

      Some good team players, although these people represent the minority.

      Cons

      Inadequate support, poor leadership, poor overall value system. Really an "everyone for themselves" experience. Company owner seems to have a good value set, but this is massively distorted by the terrible middle management. Nepotism is a problem, as is the "Peter principle" (promotion to the point of incompetence)

      Thank you for your review. Over the last several years we have improved our management team by making some changes and having them attend a yearlong training program to give them the proper skills to coach and improve their teams. Our annual employee surveys have shown us that we have improved. We prefer to develop and promote from within, having the most skilled and knowledgeable person for each position. Postings are offered internally first to our employees giving them the opportunity for development, challenge and career advancement.

      Pros

      Just a job for some money. Small company, huge workload. Very little structure, so if you like to come to work and not work, you can probably get away with it here. Basically a bs job

      Cons

      everything. picking up trash. picking up more trash. employees suck. benefits suck. hours suck. There is nothing but cons to working here. And expect to possibly get conned as well. Say if you happen to damage company equipment while using it, you may be liable to pay for it. Hope that 600 dollar backpack blower doesn't happen to break when your the one using it.

      Good place to start career

      -Salary is well below market. -They exploit new grads and new comers. -A lot of unqualified people work there just because they were referred by their family members. - There is a lot of distrust and drama between employees, a lot of talking behind each other’s back
