There are no pros with this company.

Cons

Micro-managed, managers stalk you online, the software they use is pirated and the hardware needs upgrades, stressful work environment that cares nothing about it's employees, and if you are looking to grow within the company you can forget that. However, if you are looking for a stressful work environment, with no room to grow and you love being treated like you are nothing, this is the company for you.
