      RUN - Toxic Culture and Incompetent CEO

      Pros

      Pay was competitive, and that’s it.

      Cons

      Where to start? CEO is completely full of himself. He doesn’t know how to lead a healthy, collaborative team. He requires his employees to burnout, fires employees based on lies and deception. There is zero transparency. He doesn’t listen to any of his colleagues and instead acts on emotion and impulse. This has led to an extremely toxic workplace and a company that is sure to sink with him at the helm.

      Good money for Brazilian standards.

      Cons

      * Be ready to burn out in a short period of time; * Everything is meant to be done yesterday; * Product owners don't have a clue about anything (and are proud of it); * Everything explodes on your face, because you're the weakest link in the chain; * Forget about your personal life;

      Toxic environment, hostile management and workplace perfect for burnout

      There are no pros, management will exploit your efforts then ditch you when they feel like it

      Cons

      Management doesn't respect their employees, forcing them to work even after hours. Complaining or suggesting changes are only met with rude and hostile behavior. There's no one to reach out for support and scummy tactics are common in the workplace (they literally promised bonuses in the beginning of the year only to layoff employees before giving them)
