Signed a bond for 2 years and they offered a fixed salary but once I joined the company the in-hand salary was not even near to the CTC. I left my job and breached the contract, and now they've filed a case in court against me, not for breaching the contract but cheque bounce case (they've collected a cheque from me equal to 2 months salary incase of security deposit (THAT'S A GIMMICS). Reneged from all of the offers and benefits they have mentioned, like Timing Monday to Friday, but I had to work all 7 days, Salary, Timing and work life balance, even leaves are not available and salary also not fixed but target basis that is unachievable with that turtle speed computer they've provided and the target is also not reasonable.
