Pros
Work life balance is great they still embrace summer hours and you will rarely work on the weekends or past 5:30pm. Most folks are very nice.
Cons
Not a company who embraces new ideas or change easily. A very top down company with a lot of red tape. If you like a fast paced environment this company is not for you.

Pros
There is a lot of work/life balance at TransUnion with options to work from home and flexible time off. There is also lots of potential within the organization to move into a different department or position with help from your team. Overall, a lot of the management is definitely there to support you and have you grow in the company.
Cons
There is not a lot of organization with training or available documentation to develop knowledge certain parts of your job. There is a lot of learning by trail and error, which is fine, although it does cause some discomfort especially when you're managing client's.

Cons
- There is no bonus structure in place for a majority of associates at the individual contributor level, with the exception of some niche groups. Bonus opportunity is only in place for management.

They’re a market leader in India , hence a super place to grow Great learning as the job responsibilities are holistic in nature . Superb collaboration between different teams . The company goes the extra mile to keep employee satisfaction high and work life balance in check.
Cons
Not much , a sales role might seem hectic for some , but not for those who like a high octane / busy job .
