      Great culture with flexibility and growth opportunities

      Pros

      -Great culture - lot of benefits, social events, opportunities to get to know new people -life/work balance that is now harder and harder to get at companies - TGO gives that with a lot of flexibility - lots of needed tools at your disposal for work - options to grow and advance in career - great team

      Cons

      - fast paced environment sometimes tends to get hectic but i wouldn't say its a con tho you have to adapt to that
