The interview process final rounds are max rejects; they don't need skill fit, they need max team fit or only if the 2 leaders like the candidate. 7. In India, hiring decisions are not global as per process; it is mostly in-house decision-making in the final rounds, with the 2 leaders ultimately. 8. A lot of vendors are in place, and a lot of hidden transactions go unnoticed and undocumented, which is never healthy for any organisation.
