-Peers are nice as they are suffering through the same hell as you so great bond is created. -Teaches you how to survive in the worst culture possible -For undergrad freshers salary is good but it is not worth as they take away your happiness and peace of mind

The list is endless here - The company is run by egotistical maniac. He just wants people to keep licking his boots. Thats all he wants, to feel like a king. From there the toxic culture flows. - There is no job security at all. They will fire anyone and anywhere. - Salary is already scheduled for 10th of every month but is never given on time. The management will hold it and ask you to perform various tasks before releasing monthly salary. This is the level of this company - 6 days working in this toxic culture - No yearly increments only randomly some test would be conducted and anyone would get next promotion. - The company has taken away access to Microsoft Excel for god know's what reason, people are working on online excel. The management is that crazy to think excel is a problem. - Will ask you to unnecessarily come to office and go to plant even in covid times. - Even your managers and supervisors have accustomed to this culture so are rude and not understanding.

Nothing , salary maybe but that too depends . They give random salaries and sometimes students from good colleges and average college are given same salary. Also the package is extremely inflated .

Everything is bad. Policies are random . Package is inflated and you are never sure when and how much salary you would get. Salary can be deducted for any reason . Bills often not cleared . People are treated like slaves and given arbitrary punishments like school kids. Too much sycophancy . Illogical decisions taken day in day out. Every good initiative gets rolled back within a short time .No authority is given to anyone , even the people at so called high positions are mere puppets.
