1. The company is full of young people and the environment is very energetic and full of enthusiasm. 2. Trident has high entrepreneurial driven culture where employee has been given ample amount of space and time to develop necessary skill and grown in whatever field they want. 3. They have taken up lot of initiatives in order to improve work life balance for their employees. Implementation of flexible timing for general shift and provisions for short leave are good example of such incentives. 4. Most of the people among top management are easily approachable. 5. They organize various sports and cultural events for their employees. 6. They are open to new ideas and innovative processes.
Cons
Sometimes it takes lot of time to go through certain process in order to obtain approvals, even for very basic requirements, due to hierarchical structure of the firm and also because one has to follow certain system in order to get them approved despite its importance level.
