I have been working at Trimble full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Company has a lot of good products. Good work life balance Good salary and flexibility Easy to approach management Good learning curve No on site opportunities

    Cons

I have worked with Trimble for one year. And I see no con of working here. Only one thing that I didn't like is that company has recently announced the deductions in the salary and no hikes also due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The higher management should know this would only hamper the employees morale. This step has led me to give a less rating otherwise I would have given a higher rating.

I have been working at Trimble full-time

    Pros

Mnc with great experience in positioning techniques

    Cons

Trimble, a global leader in positioning technologies, recently announced the deduction from employees salaries on account of COVID-19. Something that is unexpected from the employer that claims to be much professional & profitable. This is despite of Indian government’s continual advisory for not deducting any salary or wages. The management played safe by creating emotional trauma with employees and asking to give their mandatory concurrence for the same. The management should know this would badly deepen the crises and will not only weaken the financial condition of the employee but also hamper their morale to combat their fight with this epidemic. Indeed an immature step towards a situation that demands much of Organisational support. #confirmednoincentives#noincrements#heavysalariesdeduction
