The company culture is so good that will give you a fear of getting the same if you plan to switch. The MD, Mr.Hari is such a good person and for me I haven't met a person like that before. I learnt a lot from him in terms of managing people and running the company. Everyone is equal and treated good. You will get good work life balance, a lot of freedom and you will enjoy coming to office and don't dread for Mondays. You always have someone to support. The pay is also very good compared to other companies. People matter most for the company, they will see your skill and character and not your degree or marks. The company helps us to improve our skills and freedom to learn any technology and development. Give more opportunities to younger to adopt a good path of technology.

The company helps us to improve our skills and freedom to learn any technology and development. Give more opportunities to younger to adopt a good path of technology. Pls continue to maintain the same work culture. They will trust you so much and will be given a lot responsibilities. Now the company is moving towards becoming a 50 member company. They managed the covid pandemic challenges beautifully and made sure there was no issues in the Business.
Cons
Trust me, you will not find any cons in the company. I have been here for the last 4 years and even for a minute, I haven't thought about moving out of the company.

Good gender diversity and people make sure stereotypes are not attached to anyone anywhere and everyone is treated with respect. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the projects and improve their confidence. No politics. No ego. - most of the people here are nice team players. Company Management values people so much and hate it when we are referred to as resources and work hard to promote happiness. We get to interact with the clients directly and take our own decisions as a team with regards to technology choices, estimates, etc. Founders encourage everyone in the team to interact closely with the clients so things move fast.
Cons
No cons… How will you get a chance to complain if your salaries are paid on time, if you have a perfect work life balance, if your work is enjoyable and when you have a fantastic coworkers, If your management treats you well and gives you enough space and freedom to perform, if the company recognises your performance and rewards you, if you have a good work culture. I will have to think 100 times before quitting from this company.

1. Never paid the promised salary. 2. Forces employees to post fake reviews in Glassdoor, Google Play, etc. (all those 5-star reviews are fake) 3. Treats employees like unpaid slaves. 4. Horrible Work environment.

Triton has been in the industry for the last 10 years and has worked with some of the big names in the industry like Govt of India, Govt of Cambodia, Govt of Tamil Nadu, Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Airport Authority of India Ltd, Sundaram Finance, Freshworks, etc... We would have never grown in the last 10 years if we were like how you have mentioned in your review... We wouldn't have existed for so long... We never treat any employees as slaves and we will never treat them like one... We exist today because of the people who are working with us... We have grown because of them and their contributions... We strive to give them the best environment to work. We are a team of 25 today and growing. All these members believe in us... We will add another 40-50 members this year... We have team members working with us for the last 6-7 years and there are people who started their careers with Triton as freshers. Today they have grown to lead a team... All these people have grown along with us and will continue to grow with us... We have provided financial assistance to people, helped them, and stood with them during their toughest times... We treat them as our family members... That's why people love us, and our company culture, and continue to work with us till now... So we don't have the necessity to force people to post fake reviews... Even during the covid times, we continued to pay salaries on time and provided assistance to covid affected families of our employees... We wish you all the best in your future endeavors...

Zero professionalism . This company can never give on time salary. They treat employee very badly . I was an android developer in this company and never got salary for months . The cofounder Hari would say reasons to delay salary and make everyone stay long hours . Worst start up company . Please do not go to this company

Firstly, If you haven't delivered your work and if you haven't worked properly, don't expect any company to pay salaries. If you are not capable enough to deliver, it's your duty to extend and complete the works. Project timelines are meant to be followed. Don't blame the company for your incapability & inefficiency. We feel sorry for you. At least in future you try to work and earn your bread instead of blaming the company for your Triton has been in the industry for the last 10 years and has worked for some of the big names in the industry like Govt of India, Govt of Cambodia, Govt of Tamil Nadu, Chennai Metro Rail Limited, Airport Authority of India Ltd, Sundaram Finance, Freshworks, etc... Mr.Hari has been very particular about the company's work culture and the welfare of the employees. He has personally helped people financially and stood with them in their toughest times. We would have never grown in the last 10 years if we were like how you have mentioned in your review... We wouldn't have existed for so long... We never treated any employees as slaves so far and we will never treat them like one... We are a team of 30 today and growing.
