      Pros

      You get lots of time off your first week on the floor.

      Cons

      You are constantly being asked to log off as there are no calls. The workflow specialists (people monitoring the call flow) are pretty bad at their job. My first full week on the floor, so far, has been only asking us to log on later or take a lunch (or the entire day off) the moment we log on. You are asked to sell to the elderly who are obviously on a fixed income. I feel like I'm taking advantage of the customers.

      You’re able to work from home

      They lied about the starting pay, the commission is super low sometimes not even a dollar, they barely let you take breaks and only cars about sales and not their employees
