      -Thanks to its multicultural openness, you acquire more professional and social skills for a better development. -Good salary (compared to the Latin American market). -Modern and open company. It offers you great freedom and motivates you to do your job well. -Management is open. They take your ideas into account and correct you (positively) in case of any mistakes. -Good working environment. Fresh, motivating and with different ideas.

      Cons

      Job growth takes longer than in other companies. A promotion can take a long time, especially in areas where the work is not as visible.

      Pros

      The biggest advantage is to have the opportunity of taking part in the innovation of financial services. Is a place where you can challenge yourself, propose new ideas, and you feel encouraged to learn new things. You also feel the support of all your team mates, and the leadership team.

      Cons

      TruBit is a global company, there's people in China, Argentina and Mexico. The communication between different time zones sometimes makes team working more difficult, but you can get used to.
