Salary and flexibility to work from home

Cons

ZERO communication with staff, negative attitudes all around, procedures and goals that can't be met and upper management has zero interest in helping you advance or improve. No training and too many staff changes with little to no notice.

The salary and schedule is good.

Cons

The people, training, growth and honesty within the company is really bad. When I arrived the other employees wanted to know why would I work for the company. Now I understand why.
