Pros

Extremely competitive remuneration package when you join. Work from home allowance (only looks good on paper). Technical training and certifications available (but only if you’re willing to sign bonds and restrictions). Relocation bonus offered (again tied to a one-year bond).

Cons

Promotions and hikes are virtually non-existent; leadership conveniently cites “company losses” as an excuse year after year. “Work from home” is misleading: only promised before you join. After joining, EM team members are forced to work from a depressing office (even on night shifts), while colleagues from the same team freely enjoy remote work. The environment is discriminatory within the same team—different rules and benefits for different people. Management style is poor—blame-shifting is common, with lower-level employees always taking the fall for mistakes. Forget work-life balance. You’ll be forced to log 8 hours even when no tasks are assigned, pressured with unrealistic “utilisation” metrics that no one understands. Feels like working in sales where you chase targets just to justify your paycheck. “Positive and fun environment” is nothing but lip service; in reality, morale is low and frustration is high.

Pros

Work time flexibility and work from home options

Cons

If you're thinking of joining this company, think again — unless you enjoy playing high school politics in a corporate setting. There’s a tightly-knit clique here that operates like it’s their personal kingdom. They act like they own the place, make decisions based on favoritism, and treat outsiders like intruders. The so-called "culture" is a facade — behind the scenes, it’s just a handful of people running the show, doing whatever they want, whenever they want. If you're not in their circle, you can forget about recognition, support, or even basic decency. They’ll smile at your face and then question your competence behind your back, just because you're not part of their little clubhouse. Merit, growth, collaboration’ — the holy trinity you’ll see plastered all over their HR decks and recruitment pitches. Sounds inspiring, right? Too bad it's just corporate theater. These words are thrown around like confetti in all-hands meetings, but on the ground, it’s a different story. What actually matters here is whether you're in that group — the unofficial ruling party of the company. If you're not, good luck getting heard, seen, or appreciated Save yourself the headache — there are far better places where your work and your worth will actually be respected.
