      Pros

Tudor's core values go back to the firm's founding in the 1980s and still resonate today. The firm has a collaborative culture which facilities the exchange of ideas among colleagues and across various departments. The firm values individual initiative and gives people significant responsibility early in their careers. At the same time, Tudor emphasizes work-life balance more than many of its peers. Senior management recognizes that markets constantly evolve and invests in R&D accordingly. Senior leadership at Tudor buys into this philosophy and is positioning the firm for the future.

      Cons

The overall outlook for active management in general (hedge fund or actively-managed long-only strategies) has been down over the past few years. However, firms that adapt will succeed.

      Pros

35 years of trading experience and a fantastic culture. Friendly place where people stay a long time. Great offices in some great locations

      Cons

Difficult trading performance of the recent times. A big firm for a hedge fund. The industry is changing and so must Tudor.

      Pros

Decent pay and large offices in Greenwich.

      Cons

Tudor has become the prototype for an overpriced under-performing hedge fund. The working environment has devolved into dysfunction, and the future is quite bleak. Formerly a stable firm, employees have recently been resigning, laid off, and leaving the firm after only a few months in droves. Clients have lost trust in the firm and nearly all outside capital has been redeemed. The culture has been reverting back to an 80's style old boy's club of traders, but unlike the 80's the firm is no longer profitable. Open harassment, doublespeak, deception, and unethical behavior are now common. No longer a serious place; avoid at all costs.
