To add to the instability, the company has a habit of frequently firing and hiring employees, which disrupts any sense of continuity or progress and makes it difficult for the team to work effectively together. Unfortunately, the work environment has become increasingly toxic following a recent change in management. The new leadership has been scheduling meetings outside of regular working hours and even calling employees on their personal cell phones during weekends. This has made it difficult to maintain work-life balance and shows a concerning shift in company culture. Furthermore, the company's meetings are often pointless, with no clear agenda or outcomes. They waste time and often leave employees feeling frustrated and demotivated. Overall, working for this company is a really bad experience, and I strongly caution anyone considering it to think twice. The lack of direction, strategy, and leadership, combined with the toxic work environment and frequent turnover, make it a difficult and unpleasant place to work.
