Good pay, good benefits, lots of good training for career advancement.

Micro managing by supervisors and upper management, did not listen to employee concerns, watched GPS on vehicles and mobile devices too closely

Bureaucracy. Double standards and hypocrisy from management. Very thankless. Takes unnecessary slow and lengthy process to procure supplies needed for work. Lots of micro-managing.

Cost cutting to extremes which reduces the focus on other activities.

Good benefits if you can get through the red tape of doing your job. Metrics have driven many to just not care about the real job (taking care of the customer) and focus on making them correct.

Constant harping on metrics, not enough support from office and management. Treats employees like children and don't seem to trust the people doing the job.
