It's not so bad since you get to work from the comfort of your home and stay away from people during this pandemic. You can add hours to your leisure, part time or full time position. They are flexible with you if you already are busy with something else say another job, or if you are a student.
Cons
It is a customer service related job over the phone, so some customers do tend to get angry a lot of the times so just be aware of people like those.
