            Pros

Better than most of the ones any of my friends talk about. There's a healthy amount of leniency between most students and professors that leads to a very "chill" feeling to the whole place. Doesn't feel like anyone's after you, and really allows you to focus.

            Cons

Same as a lot of colleges, to some extent. General education courses have no place in any curriculum.

                      Pros

A lot of the staff is friendly, you get to meet a lot of nice students, it's close to the dorms so I don't have to travel too far to check-in. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

                      Cons

Nothing that the school can really do for this, but, since you will be handling calls, you will have to speak to some unsavory people. But that is made easier by the boss, who, if you are ever struggling with a call, will swoop in to help!

                        Business Outlook

                        Pros

Often feels like an extended family. Lots of support from staff. Medical benefits have been great. Don't seem to hold a grudge if you leave. Will often welcome you back if things don't work out.

                        Cons

Salary's do not compare to industry and therefore great staff leave for more money. Often push for "emergency" information but then never hear about follow through. Not many opportunities for growth professionally or to increase pay. Professors don't earn vacation time. Are expected to respond to students within 24 hours therefore basically working 7 days a week. Schedule mandatory activities during breaks making it hard to take time off. President of University seems disconnected.
