    good environment and accomodative and supportive colleagues. Nice weather

    Distances are a lot of trouble and working hours can be odd

    Very professional, lots of meaningful research.

    Because I am working off campus, and out-of-state, there was a lot of paperwork involved in the hiring process.

    Pros

    great balance between personal life and work life. Very mild, not very chaotic.

    Cons

    You have to deal with idiocy of students and faculty who know absolutely little about technology. You really have to have patience to survive

    Pros

    Working at Team Up gives you the opportunity to grow, not just as a facilitator but as a person. They provide you with the skills necessary to communicate effectively with the clients and get them to wherever they want to be with their group. I love this job!

    Cons

    It's not a full time position which is disappointing, but that's the only con I could think of

    Stipend averaged around 1700 per month- too low to live in southern California.
