    It is up to you, you can learn a lot or you repeat what you are doing on daily basis.

    Cons

    If you don't have faculty support, you would have to secure funding each quarter or look into other opportunities like fellowship.

    Excellent Benefits. i.e vacation and sick time off. Very flexibility with your schedule

    Cons

    The pay is below industry average. Lots of staff turn over.

    Advice to Management

    Stop focusing all the compensation and benefits to the faculty. Look after your staff more.

    Pros

    Flexible schedules and very understanding about working around your class hours and exam weeks. Worked on campus, which was a huge plus since you can easily get in and out between classes. Great environment and people

    Cons

    Sometimes work can be slow or not much to do
