      Pros

Beautiful setting, great position and salary, tons of cool perks

      Cons

Some of the people are nice, but unfortunately there are some who think they’re the only skin color who should have a privileged lifestyle. If other ethnicities live well, it’s a problem and they look suspicious.

Its a long process to get you an offer so they are usually pretty committed when you receive an offer). No Bonuses Poor overall structure...

Pretty good salary, Flexibility, College atmosphere, Benefits

      Cons

Low employee morale Poor management No reward for efficient work
